fast time? slow time!

I know that holidays are often the only time us bloggers have to update our sites or indeed that our readers have a chance to catch up on our meandering thoughts, but this time, this Easter, I'm going to exert as much self-discipline as I can muster and force myself to get back to the vegetable patch - there's even more of a backlog there! So, if you'll forgive me, no updates for a few days.
